Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
    Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹999

  • A nominal shipping fee of ₹49–₹99 may apply to orders below ₹999, depending on location

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS, email, or WhatsApp so you can track your package in real time.

Packaging

We take extra care in packaging all perfumes securely to prevent leakage or damage during transit. Your product will reach you in proper condition.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability:

  • Our courier partner will attempt delivery 2–3 times

  • After that, the order may be returned to us
